Elle est la fille de René Freslon et Renée Armange. Il semble que les parents ne soient jamais venu au Québec

Arrived in 1662 with her brother. Per Gagné, a Fille à Marier for David D7:

Jacqueline Freslon was born about 1637 in the parish of La Trinité in Angers, Anjou, the daughter of René Freslon and Renée Armange. She came to Canada in 1662

On 12 December 1662, notary Audouart drew up a marriage contract between Jacqueline and François Garnier, neither of whom could sign the document. The two were married in Québec City some time between 09 and 18 January 1663. François was baptized 26 February 1638 in Notre-Dame-de-Vair (arrondissement of Mamers, diocese of Le Mans), Perche, the son of François Garnier and Antoinette Boulay.

François and Jacqueline had eight children. Isaac-Joseph was baptized 28 November 1663 at Sillery, followed by Jeanne (22 March 1665) and Marie dite Marie-Étiennette (14 April 1666). Sadly, Jeanne died some time before the 1666 census, which finds the family at the Côte Saint-Jean et Saint-François in Québec City. Daughter Jacquette dite Geneviève was baptized at Sillery on 05 October 1670, followed by Étienne, who was baptized 29 October 1673 at Québec City. Louise-Angélique was bom 14 October 1676 at Neuville and baptized 13 days later at Québec City, followed by Marie-Angélique dite Marie, who was born and baptized at Neuville on 11 June 1679, though the act is recorded in the parish register of Notre-Dame de Québec.

Jacqueline Freslon was buried 17 April 1712 in Neuville. Francois Garnier died 21 January 1719 at Neuville, where he was buried the same day. The lack of the usual 24-hour waiting period before burial suggests that he was a victim of the malignant fever epidemic that struck the colony at the end of 1718.
