Email from Bob Landry 6/25/02:
As for Marguerite being the daughter of Jean Claude Landry, Stephen
maintains that the infamous Jean Claude was not a Landry. If I've
transcribed the information correctly (and I've been through it twice, frm
cover to cover, none of the Marguerite Landrys shown in the Dictionnaire was
born in 1608. The only Landry's of that vintage are the siblings, René
l'aine, Perrine and Antoinette, whose parents remain unidentified (see
below).
