JOYCE, Mary Virginia (Minnie) - 94, St. Peter's, Richmond Co., formerly of Louisdale, died July 20, 1995, in Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston. Born in Louisdale, she was a daughter of the late Alexander and Mary Annie (Marchand) Joyce. She was physically challenged. From 1950-1962, she was employed as manager/treasurer of Louisdale Credit Union. She participated in most community celebrations as a volunteer including Baraco Days and the fall fair. Surviving is a brother, Joseph, Dorchester, Mass. She was predeceased by a sister, Eva May; brothers, Albert, William. Visitation 2-4, 6-9 p.m. Sunday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday in Glen Sampson Memorial Room, Louisdale. Funeral 2 p.m. Monday in St. Louis Church, Louisdale, Rev. Syd Mifflen officiating. Burial to follow in parish cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of C.H. Boudreau Funeral Home, Arichat.
