JEFFREY, Vincent Norman - Age 53 of Sydney, formerly of Louisdale. It is with deep sorrow that we announce his passing on April 17th, 2016. Vince was born in Arichat and was a son of the late Norman Jeffrey (of Louisdale). He worked as a carpenter and briefly as an iron worker and enjoyed darts, hunting, fishing, and especially a fun evening of playing cards or karaoke. Vincent is survived by his loving partner, Linda; son, Tyler (Terri-Lynn), Sydney; Lance, Halifax; brother, Jerry (Sharlene), Louisdale; sister, Brenda (Joe) MacRae, D’Escousse; grandchild, Layla and many more family members. 'Papa Vince' will also missed by Shaun Charles and Bria. He was predeceased by his dad; grandparents and other family members. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Homes Ltd. The family will receive friends from 1-9 p.m. on Friday, April 22nd in the Glen Sampson Memorial Room, Louisdale. Funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 23rd in St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, Louisdale with Rev. Abazai officiating. Burial in St. Louis Parish Cemetery will follow.
