Fille du Roi per Gagné for David D7:

Perrine Lapierre was born about 1643 in the parish of Saint-Leonard in Corbeil (arrondissement of Évry, archdiocese of Paris), Île-de-France, the daughter of Pierre Lapierre and Claude Leclerc. After losing both parents, Perrine left for Canada in 1665, at about age 22.

On 20 March 1666, Perrine married Honoré Danis dit Tourangeau in Montreal. Neither spouse could sign the marriage contract, if there was one. Honoré was a carriage maker and master carpenter and was also used as a carpentry expert and inspector by the Montréal government. He was born about 1629 in Montlouis-sur-Loire (arrondissement and archdiocese of Tours), Touraine, the son of Martin Danis and Etiennette Boudouille or Bodoville. Honoré enlisted at La Flèche, Anjou 08 May 1653, receiving 127 livres in advance wages. He arrived in Montreal 16 November aboard the Saint-Nicolas-de-Nantes with the Grande Recrue. Honoré was previously (1658) married to Fille-à-Marier Marie Bidard, with whom he had two children and was a corporal in the 16 squadron of the Sainte-Famille militia.

Perrine and Honoré settled at Montréal, where daughter Charlotte was baptized 21 December 1666 and buried 15 January 1667. Jean was baptized 17 January 1668, followed by twins Honoré and Catherine (30
October 1669), Pétronille (25 November 1671), Jeanne (23 June 1673) and Paul (06 August 1675), who is possibly "Pierre" who married Marie-Simone Martin. Nicolas was baptized 16 August 1677, followed by René (21 December 1679), Jacques (28 January, buried 31 January 1682) and Charles (20 February 1684).

Honore was involved with the courts on several occasions. He and Perrine were called to be witnesses in 1673 in Pierre Verrier dit La Solaye's trial for stealing furs. In 1686, Honoré, son Jean and daughter Pétronille witnessed the murder of Claude Jodoin by soldier Nicolas Martin dit Jolicoeur. On 09 September 1688, Honor accused Fille-du-Roi Marguerite Viard and husband Joseph Serran dit L'Espagnol of stealing melons and other produce from his garden. However, this affair would backfire on Honoré. Not only was it found out that Serran and his wife were only returning from their fields with their own harvest, but Honoré's son Jean was accused by the defendants of stealing their fruit while they were on their way home. Jean Danis was found guilty of misappropriating the Serran's melons, probably thinking them to be his father's fruit.

Tragically, on 12 July 1689 daughter Jeanne was murdered with a hatchet by a drunken Iroquois named Michel Oustante while she, Pétronille and Nicolas were bringing the cows in from pasture along the roadway. Nicolas attempted to stop the attack on Jeanne by throwing a rock at the Iroquois, who then chased the boy off. However, Nicolas and several witnesses identified Oustante by a cross tattoo on his forehead and a ladder on his right thigh. A sort of autopsy conducted by surgeon Jean Martinet dir Fonblanche noted that the 16-year-old had also been raped. However, no punishment stronger than prison seems to have been handed down, since Oustante was an Iroquois from the Sault-Sainte-Marie mission and the authorities were afraid of Iroquois reprisals should they execute Oustante.

Honor Danis died at Montral between 12 July 1689 and 25 June1690. On 19 March 1705, Perrine married Yves Lucas dit Saint-Renand at Lachine. A master cooper, Yves was born about 1666 in the village of Plouzané (canton of Saint-Renan, arrondissement of Brest, diocese of Saint-Pol-de-Léon), Brittany, the son of plowman François Lucas and Marguerite Selève. He and Perrine lived at Lachine, but did not have any children.

Perrine Lapierre died and was buried 24 April 1712 at the Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal. About 1713, Yves married Fille du Roi Marie Blanchard.
