REV/DR. ALEXANDER EVANOFF
Was born in Sofia, Bulgaria on August 19, 1921 and passed away at home in Sun CIty on December 15, 2007.
He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Doree Evanoff. Alex was a professor at New York University and a number of other State Universities. he published widely for a least 55 years in professional journals in a variety of fields. As a minister ordained in 1982, Alex served in two churches; The Christward Minsitry of Escondido, California and the United Church of Christ in Sun City, CA.
A memorial service will be held at United Church of Christ in Sun City on 12/28 at 10 a.m. Another service will be held at Christward Ministry of Escondido on 12/30 at 1:00 p.m.
